Masaki Hashimoto, chef and owner of Kaiseki Yu-zen Hashimoto, was born in the southern island of Japan called Shikoku. Trained and worked in Japan for 10 years in renowned kaiseki restaurants, to become a master chef. The shorten days and cold nights tells us that winter is on it's way.
